Thanks so much for posting this!  I can&#039;t wait to try it.  In fact, I might just have to go pick up some chickpeas right now.

I have always used fresh mint in my tzatziki.  I&#039;ve never had it with dill.  Perhaps I&#039;ll try both ways and compare. Seems like it would be really strong with dill, but then I guess I don&#039;t have to put an entire dill plant in it like I do with the mint. :-D
