The pillows are awesome and totally worth the $25. We actually decided we like ours so much that we've sent them to both sets of parents (both of our fathers have March birthdays--happy early birthday, dads!) and to my little sister, who just got married. (Happy wedding, kid!) Now, of course, I'm hoping that they wear well...it'd sort of suck if our well-intentioned gifts turned out to fall apart after a few months.

I used to live right by an Aldi and loved it. There's one by us now, too, but it's not a very nice one--it's a little scary, to be honest. I wish we still lived by the fantastic one!

Oh those pillows sound delightful! And yes I totally sink into the feather cleavage and it's completely uncomfortable unless you keep waking to fluff it and who wants that?

Something unexpectedly awesome...hmmm...I think 90% of things I buy at Aldi are unexpectedly awesome. Their stuff is SO cheap, and it's such fantastic quality. Plus you can get some foods there you can't find many other places in the US. It makes my Danish hubby quite happy.

I used to hate honey. And now I don't anymore - at least in beverages like tea and coffee. Also - not a new thing - Tom's of Maine toothpaste. And smoked oysters that would kill your whole family. Delicious!
